How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email with payment instructions after confirming your order. 

I will give your product as a gift. How will it be packaged?

Items will arrive with a mailer box.  Kindly put a note in your order if you will give it as a gift.

Will you restock if an item is not available?

Due to the uniqueness of the weaves, we cannot guarantee any restocks. However, you may include your email address in the “notify when available” button found on the product page of the item you are interested in or email us at kamusta@kosturamaria.com.

What's the lead time for delivery?

Please expect your package in 7 to 14 business days. An additional week of processing time will be allotted for personalized orders. We ship out orders every Friday.

Please note that all items will be shipped from Metro Manila, Philippines.

How much is the shipping fee?

We ship for FREE for a minimum purchase of P3,500!  Else, the shipping rate for Metro Manila is P170 and the shipping rate for provincial is P270. 

For international buyers, kindly get in touch with us first at kamusta@kosturamaria.com regarding your shipping rates. International buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply.

Wholesale and Personalization

What's your minimum order for wholesale?

I would gladly give special rates for bulk orders of 25 pieces or more. Please get in touch with the shop if you are interested.

How can we personalize an order aside from what's offered in the online store?

I would gladly accept requests for digitizing embroidery designs. Contact the shop and I will work with you for a custom creation.

Care Instructions

How do you clean your clothes and home linen?

Items are handcrafted and sewn in small batches. Each item is unique and may vary slightly.

For clothes, delicate handwash with cold water and hang dry is ideal. Iron in low heat as needed. Buttons are all handsewn. Kindly inspect after every wash.

For home linen, delicate handwash with cold water and hang dry is ideal.  Machine wash is acceptable using delicate setting. Iron in low heat as needed.

For shoes, brush off excess dirt before cleaning with a soft cloth or soft brush using cold water and mild soap. Dry in an open area.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, but we would gladly accept exchanges of items with the same price, subject to availability. Items must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that the buyer will be in charge of the shipping costs.  Kindly reach out in 48 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.  

Can all items be exchanged?

Unfortunately, certain types of items may not be exchanged like custom products such as special orders or personalized orders.  Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
